WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?

We are accepting almost every payment option, these will be listed when you check out.

IN CASE OF COMPLAINT

In the case of a complaint, the buyer is entitled to the consequences stipulated by applicable consumer regulations. The buyer is thus aware that the store has the right, in the first instance, to repair the product and subsequently, if the defect persists, offer the buyer an alternative product.

If the defect is of significant importance to the buyer, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase, but only after the seller has first rectified the defect in the existing product.

In the case of a defect in a product that has not been caused by the buyer but is covered by a specific warranty provided by the store, the product will be repaired or replaced by the individual store at the store's expense.

The buyer should save and keep the delivery confirmation from their purchase, as this document is required if the buyer needs to file a complaint about the product.

In the case of a non-approved complaint, a fee of 300 SEK will be charged, payable by the buyer.
